Move Update. This process matches your address data against the postal services National Change of Address database. If there is a change of address listed for someone on your list, that address will be updated with the new address information. This is a new service we can offer because of our mailing software upgrade.

CASS Certification. This insures your list meets the required address format prescribed by the USPS.

Address Correction. This process verifies that your addresses are deliverable and can also correct address information that has been misspelled or omitted.

Merge/Purge. This allows us to merge multiple lists into one file and also to purge addresses from a file depending upon the specific needs.

Duplicate Search. Our software has the capability to search for duplicate names and addresses in your mailing list. This can help reduce your postage and production cost.

Mail Sorting. This feature sorts the address information to take advantage of the best possible postage rates available. The Mail Sorting process also produces all the necessary forms required by the Postal Service.

Address Printing. We use a high speed inkjet printer for address printing. We can also print return addresses, indicias, and text such as “Open Immediately” on the mail piece in a single pass.

Delivery to the Post Office. After your mail piece is printed, we will deliver your job item to the appropriate office.
